I lead Red Augment, a global AI and technology solutions company delivering high-performance, privacy-first systems for clients across Europe, North America, and Asia. Under my leadership, the company has grown from a single-product idea into a full-stack AI innovation partner, building LLM-powered apps, real-time scoring engines, agentic AIs, and multimodal pipelines for industries like education, food tech, e-commerce, and recruitment.

I’ve overseen the creation of 20+ AI solutions across 5 countries, including self-hosted LLM stacks, CPU-optimized models, personalized recommendation engines, and enterprise-grade domain assistants. My focus on efficiency, privacy, and engineering excellence has enabled clients to operate fully on their own infrastructure—meeting strict GDPR and Swiss compliance standards.

I also lead a young, high-performing team and drive a culture centered on delivery, innovation, and skill-first leadership—consistently achieving project milestones ahead of schedule.

Co-Founder, Computer Market Hub

As the Co-Founder of Computer Market Hub, I’ve helped scale the company into a dependable technology and e-commerce brand, driving operational excellence across logistics, platform development, customer experience, and growth strategy.

I streamlined supply chains to support 10,000+ annual deliveries, led the development of a high-engagement e-commerce platform, and introduced AI-driven personalization that improved retention and repeat purchases. My work in inventory management, automation, and customer success reduced operational costs while boosting brand trust.
